This floating cottage has everything you need for a 5* deluxe holiday. Let's start outside. You have a tour around the entire house You can sit on a handmade bench on the jetty and it won't take long for you to have a conversation partner. On the water side you have shade in the afternoon and you spend your time in two super comfortable armchairs where you can relax. Feet up and quiet enjoy. The space The terrace on the lake side can be reached either through the hallway or through the bedroom. You enter the house through a creatively very nicely designed entrance door in the lower floor, the two bedrooms and the bathroom with sauna are located. In front of the bathroom you will find a small room with washing machine and dryer. There is also the water softening system. A centrally located staircase leads to the living room with open kitchen. Thanks to the many windows, you have almost an all-round view. In the living room, a cozy sitting area is waiting for you, but attention that holds you tight, it is difficult to get away from it. A cozy fireplace makes the evenings unforgettable. The large TV provides entertainment in the evening. The window sill invites you to watch the water to enjoy a glass of wine and hear a beautiful concert or audio book. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. They have two ovens, for rolls the little one is absolutely sufficient and it is even faster. The stove is an induction cooker, please note that everything is a little faster here. The dishwasher saves you the housework. The double iron refrigerator has a door in door function for energy-saving drinks, on the left you have a huge freezer. A Melitta coffee maker completes the whole thing. If you don't like a machine, a normal coffee maker is also available. In the kitchen you can eat with up to 6 people. Through the living room you can access the balcony and the stairs up to the 35 m² roof terrace. There is a seating area for you. An electric grill is also available for your use. Open fire and grill whether coal or gas is prohibited on the boat. A charcoal grill is available on land. The house is also our own cottage we have set it up as we want to vacation.
