Floating House Robby II

This floating vacation home has everything you need for a 5-star deluxe vacation. Let's start outside. You have a tour around the entire house. You can sit on the jetty on a handmade bench and it won't be long before you have a conversation partner. On the water side you have shade in the afternoon and you spend your time in two super comfortable armchairs where you can relax. Enjoy your feet up and rest. The space The terrace to the lake side can be reached either through the hallway or through the bedroom. You enter the house through a creatively beautifully designed entrance door. On the lower floor are the two bedrooms and the bathroom with sauna. In front of the bathroom you will find a small room with a washing machine and dryer. There is also the water softening system. A centrally located staircase leads to the living room with open kitchen. Thanks to the many windows, you have an almost all-round view. In the living room, a cozy sitting area awaits you, but be careful, it will hold you tight and it is hard to get away. A cozy fireplace ensures that the evenings are unforgettable. The large TV provides entertainment in the evening. The windowsill invites you to watch the water, enjoy a glass of wine and listen to a nice concert or audiobook. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. You have two ovens, for rolls the small one is absolutely sufficient and it is even faster. The stove is an induction cooker. Note that everything is a bit faster here. The dishwasher saves you the housework. The double-wing refrigerator has a door-in-door function for energy-saving drinks, on the left you have a huge freezer. A Melitta coffee machine completes the whole thing. If you don't like machine coffee, a regular coffee maker is also available. In the kitchen you can eat with up to 6 people. Through the living room you can access the balcony and the stairs up to the 35 m² roof terrace. A seating area is available for you here. An electric grill is also at your disposal. Open fire and grill, whether coal or gas, is prohibited on the boat. There is a barbecue area for charcoal on land. The house is also our own vacation home.
