Villa Mapokia 1, air-conditioned, 3 stars of France

Villa 1 is a small haven of peace near Uzès and the Cèze Valley (in the heart of the Avignon–Nîmes–Alès triangle). This pretty villa of 100 sqm and its garden are fully fenced with a heated swimming pool (May to September) secured (electric curtain and bubble cover). A new pergola this year and a few additional improvements to the garden. There is a pétanque court, a table tennis table, and a griddle. Very cozy atmosphere , beautiful outdoor space. The space Villa Mapokia 1*** is next to Villa Mapokia 2*** (classified by ETOILE DE FRANCE). It has been rented since 2016. (Many reviews on another international site). It is close to the Mapokia 2 villa and both have their own outdoor space and pool in complete privacy. Ideal for multiple families wishing to spend a vacation together. Guest access The villa is fully fenced and has a large space set all around. Since this season, it has had a pergola on the terrace, which is very pleasant in all seasons. The pool is private and is also neat all around with its relaxing furniture. Everything is level allowing you to move freely from inside to the outside. Other things to note The villa is simply very nice and very functional with all my desired amenities for a successful vacation. Its proximity to the Mapokia 2 villa gives you the opportunity to stay there with up to 14 people. The region is very rich in visits, leisure of all kinds.
