Small house in the countryside "Hirondelle"

Hirondelle is a beautiful, very functional and bright accommodation, renovated with noble materials in 2025. It is 500 m from shops in a small village and 10 km from St Céneri le Gerei (Alpes Mancelles) and Alençon. The Ecouves forest is nearby for beautiful hikes. The space On the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, induction stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Bosh coffee machine (see photo), etc. Upstairs a cozy space with an easy to unfold sofa, TV, WiFi, an en-suite bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom/WC. Outside a small non-enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ, 2 parking spaces. The accommodation is at the end of the longhouse. Two other small tourist accommodations are nearby with a well-defined space (not overlooked or shared). Nearby, you can enjoy a shared play area (swings, ping pong, basketball, foosball, badminton, petanque), and a one-hectare park. Guest access The Véloscénie is 500 m away (Paris/Mont St Michel by bike). We can lend you bikes. Other things to note The accommodation is intended for a couple or a single person, with a made bed. If you would like to use the sofa bed, you will be asked for an additional fee (€20/person).
