Large 2 bedroom in Bucerias' Best Location

Riverway #2 is a two bedroom ground floor apartment. In an excellent location we are within 5 minutes walk of everything that brings you to Bucerias. It is located in a small apartment building with a total of 5 apartments and sits on the same lot as Casa Cupula. We have a total of 9 King size beds on the property. We can host a large gathering but still have a comfortable quiet garden and pool area. The space We purchased the house, Casa Cupula, in 2016 because it was an excellent location and the huge lot would allow for adding a small apartment building to the same lot. The apartments, Riverway, were built during the summer of 2017. Our guests typically walk in to the court yard and are in awe of how beautiful the pool area is. We are close to everything. Our location between highway 200 and the beach allows for accessing a taxi or bus within 2 minutes walk or accessing the beach within 2 minutes walk. It is a short 4 minute walk to the center of old town Bucerias. We are down on the flat area so there is no need to be hiking up and down the hill further south of us. There are air conditioning units in each bedroom and in the kitchen/living area. Guest access The pool is shared between the guests at Riverway apartments and Casa Cupula. There is a gas BBQ pit available. We have a shower and foot wash just inside the gate when you return from the beach.
