Stunning single storey self-catering studio apartments set on a working farm close to the Essex / Suffolk border. Our contemporary style open plan apartments are situated in our open courtyard at the front of the property, surrounded by open views. This is the perfect place to stay if you are interested in walking, cycling, tourism, water sports, motor cycling, sightseeing, working away from home, visiting friends or family or just to get away from the hustle of daily life. The space Each apartment consists of A key safe for easy check in / out, and parking outside your door. On entering the apartment you have a hallway with storage to leave your coats and shoes, to the left you have open plan living area, Kitchen and breakfast bar, the kitchen is equipped with electric oven with gas hob, a fridge with built in small freezer, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, basic cooking equipment, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, cutlery, plates, bowls, egg cups, measuring jug, , mixing bowl, tea towels. Some cleaning equipment due to Covid 19. The fitted Oak breakfast bar has a USB and plug socket to make life easier if you decide to use it for a desk area. The spacious lounge area has a 3-seater sofa with leg rest, the leg rest can be moved to suit. This will make the perfect space for cosy evenings to watch movies or after long walks, lay back and relax. The Smart television can be moved to suit the best position, whether you are watching the TV from the kitchen or lounge area. There is a single chair and 2 small coffee tables. The luxurious super king bedroom has a zip and link so we can make this room into a twin if requested. The fitted wardrobe has a safe and hangers. A large mirror with dressing table, plug sockets and a hair drier and a smart television. Two bedside tables with lamps. Finished off with an electric window or air con can be used throughout the apartment. The air con unit can be used for heating, there is also central heating. The stylish spacious bathroom consists of a large shower, WC with toilet paper, sink with drawers and a complimentary welcome pack. Two bath towels and two hand towels, if you are staying for a longer period you can arrange a change over of towels and of course you are welcome to bring your own. Our apartments have the luxury of bi-folding doors, bringing the outdoors indoors. While you can relax in the lounge and feel the fresh air from the open fields. Outside, the apartments benefit from an open court yard with tables and chairs ( cushions are stored under the sofa and in the fitted wardrobe), making it an attractive spot for sitting out and enjoying the tranquil surroundings over alfresco dinning, or just relaxing having a drink or two or having your breakfast out there. All bed linen and towels are cleaned, sanitized and ironed by an outside company. Both apartments are cleaned to a very high standard and follow the government guidelines for Covid 19.
