It is great for families and friends, but also cosy enough to accommodate two people. Rentable year around. Enjoy the morning sun and the vista towards the Hardanger Fjord and Hardangervidda National Park from the terrace, garden, or the 180 degree window view in the main living room. Guest access You have full access to the ground and first floors, which is essentially the whole house. Self catering house which gives you freedom to enjoy the days as you please. The basement and loft are for private storage, and not frequently used. Other things to note You put on and off the bedlinen yourself, and make the beds and nice and tidy when leaving and put used linens in a plastic bag ready for laundery. The house must be made nice and tidy when leaving. Vaccum cleaning where that is natural, like under beds, sofa, dining table area etc Empty all trash bins etc , all dish washing done. Grocery store (ca 1 km) in NÅ is resently renewed, and have what you need of food etc, also local food is less than 5 minuts drive away. It is nice if you support our village by shoping locally. There is a new fine dining restaurant in Nå : Siderhuset Ola K. The gas station in our village is ca 1 km away in NÅ , and is the only between Odda - Utne and Jondal. A bus stop is ca 200 m away A tavern (fast food) named Cinderella is only about 300 m away, mainly serving dinner fastfood , not breakfast.
