Entire Historic Cottage in Beaulieu/Parking/ Wi-Fi

Located near the Beaulieu river, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in beautiful Beaulieu, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner. The space You will enter the property via the external door which leads down a covered brick walkway to the access door on your left (a little quirky but it's part of the house!). Once inside you are in a small hallway with the stairs to the first floor. You turn right and descend four steps into the large rear dining area with its vaulted ceiling and which has views over the rear patio and garden. The large dining area is attached to the kitchen (you walk up two steps to reach it) so it is great open plan space. The kitchen has a cooker, integrated microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso machine for your morning expresso's or latte's. Directly off the dining room there is also the access to the large lounge (up another two steps) which has two settees and HD TV. Enjoy free Netflix to watch your favourite films and box sets. Also there is a wood burning stove for cosy nights in during the winter months. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one large, one small plus the separate bathroom (with a bath and shower). The large bedroom has one king size bed and two single beds. The smaller bedroom has a double bed. Outside there is a patio with table and chairs to enjoy the long summer nights. Then there is the large enclosed garden to the rear with fruit trees and a log store. As the external door to the passageway is often left unlocked there is a CCTV camera located in the passageway. Guest access You will have the entire cottage for your exclusive use. Other things to note The following items are also for your use at the cottage:- A steam iron. An ironing board. A hand held vacuum cleaner. A barbecue. Tea and coffee are provided (Nespresso or instant coffee) plus some UHT milk and biscuits. Complimentary logs for the stove are available to use (in the passageway) and then you can purchase further logs from the garden centre opposite (this can be arranged for you if preferred). For your protection there is CCTV in the passageway (outside the house) as the main access to the main road is sometimes left unlocked. Parking - there is one off-road parking space provided near the cottage and there is free unrestricted parking opposite on the High Street.
