This is our own second home. It has a living area of 180sqm with garden 400sqm. It is basic and equipped for families. Centrally to the main Flemmish cities, in a quiet (non touristic) rural area. Close to biking and hiking with own parking space Walking distance public transport and the village center with markets,sportcenter. All modern comfort in the house and we are available if you need us. It has no electric vehicule charging possibility. If you want to do so, please contact us. Included in the renting price: * Fixed price for 4 persons - this includes three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two bedrooms wich each a single bed. * a 5th and 6th Addiditional adult and child can be booked. This has a per night extra rate. * Eacht additional person booked gets an extra single bed. * 5 persons = 1 double bed, 3 single beds * 6 persons = 1 double bed, 4 single beds * There is one babybed for 1 infant. Other/more infants should bring their own bed. * If the infant requires its own single bed, it should be added as a child in the booking. If you need a different division of the beds, you need to make your booking well in advance (2 weeks) and let it know in your introduction message. If not we cannot guarantee you'll have the beds you want. This information is purely to avoid misunderstandings and follows directly from the fact in our experience: very little but some guests always try to profit and then argue.
