Located in the heart of the countryside, outside the small village of Saint-Thomas, this brand-new wood-frame house was built to welcome you! The timber frame is an ecological and economical construction: low CO2 emissions, 12 times more insulating than concrete, a warm and welcoming house. The space Entrance, pantry/laundry room, large living room with an open-plan kitchen with dining area, and a living area with a pellet stove, protected by a barrier. On one side of the living room: 2 bedrooms for 2 people (2 single beds of 80 cm that can be joined in each) and a shower room/toilet. On the other side: 1 master suite with dressing room and private bathroom (2 80 cm single beds that can be joined + 1 90 cm single bed) and a separate toilet with sink. Enclosed garden, covered terrace and private courtyard. The owners, Sébastien and Carole, live in the house next door, at the same address. Check-in from 4 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. From the cottage, it will be easy for you to reach the hiking trails on site, in particular the famous GR86 Toulouse Luchon, which passes 1 km away. For a walk and fishing, Lake Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières is 5 km away. Pool and shops in Saint-Lys, 7 km away. Téoula Golf Course and African Safari Zoo in Plaisance-du-Touch, 15 km away. Toulouse, the Cité de l'Espace, the Halle des Machines, Aéroscopia... Equipped with Wi-Fi Bed linens and bath towels option on request Sleeping arrangements: Each bedroom has 2 possible configurations: single bed (80x200) or double bed (160x200) For organizational reasons, during the period from July 14 to August 15, check-in is on Saturday for a minimum stay of 7 nights. A cleaning deposit check of €80 will be requested upon arrival and will be torn if the accommodation is clean The accommodation has a fenced garden, an above-ground pool, a shaded terrace, garden furniture and a plancha. Guest access You have access to the entire home and the private garden. Parties are forbidden. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are provided as an option. The exit cleaning option is €80. A cleaning deposit check is requested upon arrival. Your pets are welcome, and you will then need to provide a deposit check for €200. A deposit check of €400 for the accommodation will be requested upon arrival.
