The property is located in the northern area of Arges county, characterized by soft hills and abundant vegetation. The neighborhood/area is very quiet , at the end of a street with nice houses and special people. The cottages are located on a fenced plot of land of 3500 sqm with 200 young fruit trees, gas platter and plenty of playground for the small ones. We love animals and we gladly accept animals exclusively in the courtyard of the property . The space The Andi house is the one on the right , the most spacious . The houses are located on a 3500 sqm fenced land with a semi-intensive orchard of 200 young fruit trees on the fruit ( 7 varieties of apple, 4 varieties of hair and 3 of plum) lawn and a lot of play space for the little ones (trampoline , playground , football gate, rocking chair). The Mix house has dimensions of 27 sqm and contains kitchen , bathroom, living room, living room, bedroom above the bathroom . Andi cottage is 54 sqm and includes parent room with king size bed , children's room with bunk beds, open space living room with kitchen, bathroom and a small terrace . The houses are each equipped with cable TV and internet from DIGI , TV , refrigerator, boiler , induction hob, coffee maker and other useful facilities. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and patio furniture. Guest access Guests have access to the courtyard , 4000 sqm. Other things to note We like pets , we also have a wolf dog at home, but we accept them for free exclusively in the courtyard .
