In winter, the beach is accessible to sledding trails and skiing. Beautiful outdoor areas nearby. Pets are not allowed. You can clean the apartment yourself, in which case the cleaning fee will be refunded. For stays of less than three nights, there is no cleaning/linens. The space The kitchen has an oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes for five, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. Towels and sheets are included in the rent for stays of three nights or more. Garbage, food and other larger dirt the tenant cleans out of the apartment himself. Cleaning is not available for stays of less than 3 nights. Iron on request. The apartment stays cool even in hot weather and in winter the temperature stays at 21-23 degrees. In winter, the air heat pump can sometimes make a louder noise than in summer. However, the pump should not be switched off in winter due to the risk of freezing. Guest access The beach is accessible from the end of the Villa along the path. Other things to note Dogs and cats have stayed in the cottage and sauna. However, the villa is moderately allergy-friendly in terms of detergents and animals, and the textiles are also new. Our dogs and cats are sometimes free in the yard, but it is not allowed to let them inside the Villa. If after less than 3 nights of rental the Villa has not been properly cleaned, the fine is 150 euros and the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
