Lovely, quiet residential neighborhood on Lake Sinclair that is very convenient to I-20. 1.5 hours to Atlanta. Carport for 2 cars + ample driveway parking. Easy access to I-20 and 441. Driving at night is dark. Dogs of all sizes are welcome. There is a medium dog door to the gated back porch. Yard is fenced however your dog may sneak around the fence near the water. PLEASE do not leave dogs unattended in the back yard! If you have a water dog they can use the stairs into the lake which is about 2' deep at the sea wall. Dog fee $25 per dog, per night is due at booking and is not included in booking fees. This rental is subject to 8% Sales Tax + 8% Lodging Tax which will be added to the rental cost. Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County Ordinances, state and federal law, and such a violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for payment of fines levied.
