Bunnybees Railway Cottage with Private Parking

I welcome people who are visiting friends, or working. You will have exclusive use of a beautiful period cottage, which is bright and modern. You will also have a free private parking space next to the cottage, useful as most of Durham is permit holder parking. Fantastic location to experience Durham - under 10 minutes walk to Durham train station and Durham bus station/City centre, which then leads to the cultural and commercial zones, multiple bars and restaurants. Quiet street with speedbumps The space A period cottage, modernised throughout. The street runs alongside the railway line, so you will see and hear trains as they come and go through Durham station. They make a beautiful sound, when in the courtyard and you quickly don't notice it st all, when indoors, as it is very similar to the passing cars. Many guests have enjoyed watching the trains pass by the bedroom windows, as this isn't routine for most at their own homes. It has an airy and bright living area, with ample space for the farmhouse dining table and 4 chairs. There is a new 3 seater sofa and a new 2 seater sofa, a TV, tall lamp and a wood burning stove fire. The kitchen is fresh yellow and has plenty of work surfaces, a small fridge freezer, electric fan oven, with a 4 ring gas stove. There is also a microwave, washibg machine, toaster, tassimo machine and many pots, pans, cooking equipment, utensils and crockery. There is a small courtyard at the rear, with outdoor furniture and a private parking space for the guests, that fits any size vehicle. The staircase is wooden and leads to a fresh blue double bedroom. This has a wardrobe and a dressing table and stool. The second bedroom has a single bed set up, that can be used as a sofa. There is the option to pull out the second single bed, which fills the available floor, so is more suited to children and teens, though many adults have enjoyed their stay, using this room as a small room for 2 sleeping in. There are a few shelves for items and clothing. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink with cupboard unit and a double space shower.
