The space The room is about 11 square meters in the basement, bathroom with shower and hallway for shared use. Separate entrance, anteroom with sink and dishes, coffee maker, kettle. Garden use is possible. 2 years ago, I had an unnoticed water damage that was fixed. So the room is not damp. In the garden (see pictures) there are opportunities for barbecue, table and sun lounger. The forest and bus stop are about 100 meters away. A grocery store is in the village. Guest access Access is via the shared staircase or your own entrance. Access to the hallway, bathroom and bedroom. Due to the "coronavirus" outbreak, we are currently not accepting guests from these countries: Brazil and the USA. During your stay We will be happy to answer any further questions. Other things to note - Outside: quiet, close to the forest 300 meters, doctors, pharmacy and shopping in about 3 km. Car repair shop and hairdresser in the village. Bus connection 400 meters, no street noise. - Inside: internal water pipe noise is possible.
