The small Chaumontoise is a townhouse of about 65 m² completely renovated and very well-equipped. It is located on my property but has direct access to the street. So I'll be your neighbor, ready to give you help and advice. Available in week, mid-week or weekend format mainly. You can make special requests and I would be happy to host you if my schedule allows. The space The house is located in the city center of Chaumont-en-Vexin. Shops are within walking distance. Linens and towels are included in the price as well as basic products (seasonings, products for washing machine, dishwasher, dish towels...). The cleaning fee is €35. Ideal for workers, business travelers, golfers (Rebetz golf course 500 m away and Bertichères 4 km away) and travelers wishing to discover the Vexin. PS: the staircase is not up to standard for children. The space between the bars does not meet the regulation. PS: Possibility to put motorcycles in my yard. For cars, parking is on the street Guest access The small Chaumontoise is a townhouse of about 65 m² totally independent with street entrance access. You have a small semi-covered and private courtyard in the back of the house. Other things to note The small courtyard is equipped with a bistro table and chairs. Perfect corner for a small aperitif as well as for smokers
