Cozy apartment The apartment is divided into a bedroom/living room with 1 French bed (extra bed possible), a small kitchen, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. - ATTENTION: Guests must bring a negative corona test (not older than 24 hours)!!! Guests without such proof will NOT be accommodated!!! - The space Centrally located on the Eißendorfer Forst is the approx. 30 sqm apartment for one or two people (max. 3 people; extra bed or air bed). The newly renovated living space includes a living/sleeping room, a shower room/toilet and a small kitchen. When the weather is nice, a small seating area in the front yard can be used. The combined living and sleeping area is equipped with a French bed, a wardrobe, a desk with seating, a couch, an armchair, a table and a TV as well as a sideboard. Wi-Fi can only be used with your own stick or against acknowledgment of the access data. The kitchen has a stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave and a sink. Furthermore, toasters, kettles and coffee machines are available. Meals can also be eaten at the table here. Towels and linens are included. Off street parking is provided. - On request, a children's travel cot can be provided; high chair and children's cart (although not the latest models ;)) are provided. Likewise, the delivery of an air bed is possible. If it is a "shorter" person, the sofa is also available in addition to sleeping. Guest access Entire apartment; separate entrance! Other things to note - The rental price includes a flat rate of €10/day/person for energy and laundry! - Residential protection number available! - Please wear slippers from the entrance area. - Housing protection number available - - Since the city of Hamburg levies a tourism tax per person per night for private overnight stays, there is usually €1 per day/person that must be paid on site and in cash. The amounts will be paid directly to the city on a quarterly basis. For business travelers, this fee is waived if they either bring a certificate from the employer (downloadable under "Tourism tax Hamburg") for the period of stay or fill out a self-disclosure on site (form available). - € 150 deposit for keys, etc. - Non-smoking; however, smoking is allowed outside the front door in the front yard. - Washing machine and dryer use by arrangement (€4 each). - Internet is available, but can only be used with your own stick or against receipt confirmation of the access data!
