The Norfolk Boathouse

The Boathouse was built by my Grandfather in 1924 and has had updates in the 1990’s and again in the last few years. It is beautifully positioned so you get the beast panoramic views of the broad. You have three bedrooms one double, one twin and a bunk bed room plus if you fancy squeezing in you have a double sofa bed. The house is still used by the family and so we do have everything you can imagine. The space You are renting the whole house and the garden. Please feel free to bring your own boats, paddle boards, canoes or any other form of watercraft. If your not bringing one we strongly recommend you rent a boat to explore the Broads they are amazing. Guest access You have access to all parts of the house except a few cupboards where we keep our things. Other things to note Be aware if you have your children, you are right by the water and you must oversee young children and we strongly advise you make them wear life jackets if out alone or on the water. I also strongly advise you bring them with you as getting the right size and fit is very important. In the 101 years we have been or had people holidaying we have not had a serious accident but we regularly fall in, it’s all part of the fun.
