Avdos' olive house - land tales

This 55 sq.m. eco-friendly house is located 18 mins by car from the port of Tinos, on the west side of the island, nestled in an olive grove and flanked by rocky landscape and a view of the Aegean Sea. This traditional farmhouse has been redesigned in a minimal style. The space is ideal for a couple who loves country living and privacy. It offers a chance to decompress from city life, and reconnect with the simplicity and tranquility of nature and mindfulness. The space This is a new house with a bathroom, a bedroom and a long open kitchen and living room. A long sofa bed is made out of mattresses so as two extra people to be able to sleep. The house is supported by a solar panel system and water is provided by a natural spring so we would wish guests to see that as a unique experience to consider the necessary use of both electricity and water or be aware when using many electrical devices at the same time. Also for winter travelers be aware that if there is lack of sunshine there will be lack of hot water. Guest access Guests can have access to every area of the property. Please be aware that this is a natural, isolated, landscape and access can happen only through a farm road, only 300m distance from the main road to the property.
