The first level consists of a plain grass area with a direct stair access to the beach at the end of it, garden paths surrounded with blooming flowers such as levanders and roses, bushes and fruit trees. The second level consists of a swimming pool, a kids swimming pool, a spacious leisure area between the pools with an indoor kitchenette, dining area and a bathroom. There is also a children playground in the exterior area. A small vegetable garden is located at the north corner of the exterior area.
