The space Seaside is a lovely two bedrooms / two bathrooms apartment at the property of the Inchcape Seaside Villas, located right on the beautiful white sand beach of Silver Sands, fully and tastefully equipped, very spacious, exceptional in it’s own way, and combining the charm of the Caribbean with modern amenities as fast WIFI, satellite tv iphone docks and much more. Exposed coral stone walls combined with antique and modern furniture create an atmosphere that is stylish yet thoroughly comfortable. French doors lead onto a spacious patio which is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. An elevated wooden deck, terrace and patio areas, cooled by the gentle trade winds and sheltered by coconut trees, are perfect spots for alfresco dining or simply relaxing and letting the magnificent panorama of turquoise Caribbean water delight the eyes. An aura of casual elegance, privacy and cool comfort makes this 2 bedrooms / two bathrooms apartments a unique holiday home, serviced by our trained and delightful staff. Laundry service is offered by our maids on property at a small cost. Guest access The Inchcape Seaside Villas apartments, one of them being “Seaside”, are right on Silver Sands Beach, a private gate leads to the beach, which is just a few steps away. Seaside has it’s own privacy, is a self contained and fully equipped apartment, has private terrace areas and parking is available on the property. Everybody staying at this lovely beach front property has also access to the common ocean front and tropical garden area of the Inchcape Seaside Villas, with it's lounge chairs, day beds and hammocks. Our guest have the privilege to play golf at the strictly private Country Club of Royal Westmoreland at favorable member guest rates. Other things to note Unfortunately no pets, no animals of any kind and also no service animals can be hosted at the Inchcape Seaside Villas. This is due to the fact that the property is a home share property as well as the fact that at the Inchcape Seaside Villas, we have staff members who have animal allergies and who are Asthmatic. Getting there We will gladly provide driving directions on request, but we do recommend to use the personalized airport pick up service we offer to organize for all our guests for not much more than a regular taxi ride would cost. The usage of this service guarantees a smooth and stress free arrival at our property. Please also note that we need the flight info, airline, flight no. and arrival time, from all our guests, to be able to provide for a proper welcome procedure at our property. The cleaning service which comes automatically with the apartment is a brief hotel type cleaning service and changing of towels (and sheets on request) every three days. Additional services can be arranged, but always and only on request and depending on availability of a qualified member of our work force. A hotel type cleaning for a fee of $ US 20 per cleaning and a maid / cook service at an extra charge of $ US 50 per day. The apartment comes fully equipped with satellite T.V., 70 + channels, stereo system, Local cell phone (prepaid) provided ($ US 50 deposit) and complementary wireless internet access. Our property manager is available to assist you with any requests. In the event of an unforeseeable situation to have to relocated a guest, we reserve the right to provide another equal accommodation or a free upgrade to higher priced category.
