Top guest house in a quiet location near a farm

The 60 sqm apartment located on the ground floor convinces among other things with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with smart TV and large couch. In addition, guests can look forward to a modern bedroom, which was renovated in November 2022, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, which was completely renovated in early 2021. The apartment also has a large terrace - this can be used especially well for barbecues, but also for breakfast outside. The space The kitchen has the following features: oven microwave freezer coffee machine and a Nespresso Maschine You can also find a comfortable sitting area, where you can drink a coffee or cup of tea on a cold winter day and enjoy the great view outside the window. Normally we host people for some days, but if needed we are also open to rent it out for a longer time. Indeed it’s worth taking some days longer in order to enjoy the beautiful landscape which looks different every season and every year. For field trips or hiking you can easily use the train stop Wasserburg (Inn) Bhf which is nearby and can be reached in less than 5 minutes. From there you can go by train to Munich, Salzburg (Austria) and Rosenheim. If you want to go out for lunch or dinner you can find some restaurants nearby. Also you have the possibility to cook in the kitchen and later watch TV in the living room. What about ending or starting the day with a clear view to the alps? You can always go outside, use the big terrace and eat breakfast or do some barbecue. Guest access Nearby the flat you can find a golf place and the city centre of Wasserburg am Inn. As mentioned before you can take the train to Rosenheim, Munich or Salzburg which are really nice cities. Especially Munich during Octoberfest time is worth a visit. Also you can go to the famous Chiemsee (lake), where you can go for a walk but also swim. Another nice sight there is the Castle at Herrenchiemsee. If you are into sports: Go hiking and climbing in the nearby alps! After such exciting days you are probably hungry: Near the apartment you can find many restaurants and super markets.
