Come and stay in Armorica in our charming 3-star house. We can accommodate 2 to 5 people, for a weekend, a short or long stay. Ideally located to discover the Costarmoricaine region and its Emerald Coast, our beaches, a guaranteed color palette! Rest assured, the accommodation is independent with its private and closed courtyard. A good way to spend your vacation peacefully! Please note that we apply the required health sheet. The space You will be accommodated in an atypical house renovated with taste. 50 m2 which consists of a living room open to a fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, gas stove, toaster, refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, etc.) a living room with a retractable sofa bed for 2 people, two armchairs, Wi-Fi, stereo and television. You will find 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed, the other with a bunk bed for 2 people (90 x 190 x 2), a bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine. Guest access And to feel good and stroll around, a private courtyard with terrace. Barbecue and garden furniture are available. Private parking and enclosed courtyard. Other things to note The beds will be made upon your arrival and bath linen provided. The accommodation is equipped with basic necessities (toilet paper, coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, shower gel, household products and 1 garbage bag). Beyond a reserved night, it is up to you to provide your necessities. We ask guests to clean before they leave, an amount of €35 will be charged if the accommodation is not clean. We offer end-of-stay cleaning for an additional €35. Please note that the accommodation will be left empty for 4 hours between each guest in order to comply with health and hygiene rules.
