Spacious garden and lawn with playground equipment. Large living area, dining room, kitchen, 6 bedrooms, (12-14 beds + 2-3 cribs)2 bathrooms, 2 separate bathrooms. This house is the perfect place for a natural holiday with the whole family or in a small group of friends. Enjoy and have a good rest! The space The 2-story house is fully rented with ground floor and 1st floor (4 bedrooms = 8 beds) plus 2nd floor (2 bedrooms = 5 beds) plus two bathrooms. In winter, the house is heated with wood. The tiled stove in the living area, as well as the dining room and the kitchen, is heated by the large wood-burning stove, which is directly stocked with thick logs from the kitchen. The heat of the crackling fire is directed through air ducts into the bedrooms above. The whole house breathes this special wood-burning heat. In summer, the sun shines in all the rooms, from whose windows you can see nothing but magnificent nature. From the salon you step onto the (often...) sunny terrace and can relax while enjoying peace, fresh clean air and cheerful birdsong.
