Garden Room, own entrance.

Sunny garden room with private entrance and bathroom just across the hall. This bathroom gets used by myself once a day-usually mid morning. Small kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and table for two. Visitors are welcome in the garden and the pavillon. The space The room is light and airy and facing the back garden with its own entrance to the rear of the house. As you open the door you get into the hall/ teakitchen with a small dining area. The double bedroom leads off from the kitchen. The bathroom is just across the hall. Gas central heating. Guest access Free street parking outside my house. At daytime, The town bus 250 leaves Svendborg every half hour. In the evening, the Bus 930 to Rudkøbing can be used. Get off just after the bridge and walk about 500 m down hill on Bregningevej towards the harbour, where you will find my road end. During your stay I know the area well and can help you find local beaches and activities to suit you. Other things to note The house in built on a sloping site, which means, that the garden room is at ground level to the rear of the house.
