The space The rooms are spacious, well-lit, heated in winter and cool in summer, furnished with modern details and vintage furnishings, to be faithful to an idea of recycling and using used but brand-new materials, respecting the environment and a sustainable culture. Clean and fresh sheets and towels, extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom is an original vintage from the seventies, very well kept. Toilet paper, hairdryer, shampoo, shower soap, underwear, solid soaps, sanitary napkins, first aid kit. Guest access The main entrance is at number 10 of the central Via Limbara: entrance, you go up to the first floor to reach the apartment through an external balcony to which guests will have exclusive access. A few meters away is the market, grocery store, but also fruit, vegetables, tobacco, stationery and newsstand, ATM service. A butcher shop with fresh products and sausages, bakery, pizzerias, trattoria and agritourism not far away. On the main street you will find the bars, the church, the pharmacy, the town hall and the library. With local hiking guides on foot or by bike, you can visit our rocky and majestic monuments, and you can stop to rest your legs and mind. Don't forget "sa crabarissa," a romantic myth that has been handed down among the generations of Austis, which will also pique your curiosity. A few kilometers away is Sorgono where you can find the gas station, other shops, various services, a visit to the Mandrolisai winery is a must and visit archaeological sites and the Mandrolisai vineyards between Sorgono and Atzara. Nuoro, its museums, the sea of Oristano, the giants of Monte Prama in Cabras, all within an hour's journey. In half an hour you arrive in Abbasanta, visit the Losa nuraghe.
