Spacious ensuite double with open plan lounge area

Large, light & airy spacious room, compfy king size bed, luxury ensuite & sofa area. Countryside walks, 3 great village pubs & curry house all just at the end of the road. Friendly hosts, delicious breakfasts, perfect base for exploring South Downs, Nymans Gardens, Sheffield Park, Wakehurst Place, Bluebell Railway, Glyndebourne, Plumpton races, Ashdown Forest, Lewes, Brighton & local vineyards. The space Recently renovated home meaning everything is brand new! Big windows bringing in light and sunshine! The extra sofa space means it feels like you have your own living room too. Amazing shower with plenty of hot water! There is room to park on the drive too. Guest access You have a room in our home with its own lounge area as part of the room and an ensuite bathroom. The other rooms in the house including our family lounge and kitchen are private spaces. We do have a small fridge in our pantry which we are happy to offer space in for any picnic food that you would like to keep cold. There are three pubs and a curry house and a cafe all at the bottom of the road so a 2-4min walk away which all offer food. We would prefer that any occasional take-away meals are eaten in our kitchen to help us keep the bedroom fresh and tidy. In these instances we are very happy to provide plates and cutlery. We also have a microwave for any occasional microwave meals and prefer that these are also eaten in the kitchen area. Thank you. During your stay We are at home most of the time so you will have lots of opportunities to ask us questions about the area and activities. We will respect your privacy when you are in your room and in the garden and we also ask that you respect our privacy too! Other things to note The room is upstairs.
