Cosy Room in Bracknell near shops and takeways

Cute Bungalow. Cosy room with comfortable bed and desk. Quiet area and property, walks and lake nearby. Sunny garden, fully equipped kitchen. I am an experienced and helpful host. I have travelled extensively and worked overseas. I have stayed in various airbnbs and have an appreciation of other cultures and visitors needs. I have lived in the area for over 20 years so can advise on local amenities, transport and attractions. Working from home is permitted and the room has has a small desk. The space The property is a bungalow with level access and offers a private bedroom with a desk, drawers and hanging rail for clothes. Bathroom is shared with myself only and has a bath tub and shower. It is just opposite the room. You are welcome to use the kitchen and the shared lounge in the evening. A washing machine is available. You are free to help yourself to tea, coffee and cereals. The back garden is sunny and secluded and you are welcome to use it to sit in or hang your washing out (unless I have visitors). Guest access The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are available for use by visitors. The lounge is shared so respect for other people also using the room is needed. During your stay Guests can use the lounge, the kitchen and the garden. Other things to note As this property is shared guests are expected to be quiet and respectful to other occupants particularly between 11pm and 7am. Guests will be required to show official ID, Driving licence and Passport and home address. in cases where the booking is made by someone on behalf of the guest this will need to be provided at the time of booking.
