King-size bedroom South of Cambridge(Hauxton).

Strategically situated for easy car/bicycle access, we are located just 5 minutes from Junction 11 (by car) on the M11, south of Cambridge city, just off the A10 and close to the city centre (20 min drive) and Addenbrookes Hospital, Royal Pappworth Hospital, Rosie Hospital (13 -15 min drive) with convenient access to other nearby villages where there are cosy country pubs and eateries. We are close to Shelford and Foxton railway stations, and the Park and Ride at Trumpington. The space Our home is a cosy bungalow in a quiet residential area, with beautiful walks within short distance from our home, either on a green footpath lane (2 min walk) or by the river Cam (5 min walk) which crosses our beautiful village and offers wonderful walks for you and your dog. We are 13 min drive from Addenbrookes Hospital and the Biomedical Centre and 18 min drive to Cambridge City Centre. Guest access We will welcome you in person, this is our home, so, you don't need to worry about picking up a key. You will have your own room, access to shared bathroom (only if we have friends over they will share the bathroom), kitchen and living room . We appreciate our guests removing their shoes as they enter the property. You can bring your own dinners or order meals that you can enjoy in our kitchen-dinner in a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. You can listen to music if you like (Alexa is always available ;) ) or read a book in the evening. During your stay They can contact us by phone and we check the Airbnb messages. Other things to note We want to set you for a relaxing stay, so, we will welcome you with a cup or two of tea (mint, lemon balm, chamomile, green, English, Earl Grey) or freshly ground coffee (we always have soya milk or coconut milk).
