The host lives in the house during the guests' stay. Each room is for private use, while some areas of the house are shared. It's a place meant to be enjoyed by people looking for tranquility, nature, and a more intimate, family experience. We do not have a 24-hour front desk, so it is important to indicate your approximate arrival time and let us know if there are any changes to your planned schedule. Check-in is at the time previously agreed upon with the hostess. If you are looking for a hotel with a 24-hour front desk and hotel services, please note that this accommodation operates differently. Spacious room of 13.98m² with double bed (135x190 cm), sofa-bed, small walk-in closet and a high bar type table for dining. A comfortable and cozy air-conditioned space, ideal for a relaxing stay. Guests have access to a shared bathroom with the host and if applicable with other guests. The use of the kitchen is not automatic if guests intend to use it, it needs to be communicated upon arrival, specific times will be established to ensure good coexistence, it is not allowed to store food in the cabinets or in the kitchen stands. The use of the fridge is possible only under the prior request to the hostess. It is a must to leave the kitchen clean and in the same condition in which it was found. The rest of the spaces (terrace) are available at all times for guests. The property also features an enclosed space for bicycles or motorbikes. Use of the refrigerator is possible only upon prior request to the host. Terrace: Enabled as a smoking space (smoking is totally prohibited inside the house). Other things to note Other important details for guests: Transportation: Public transport does not arrive at the house, so it is recommended to arrive by car there is free parking available at the house. Pets: I have a cat in the house, so it's important to keep this in mind if any guest has allergies or doesn't feel comfortable with animals. Convenience: The house has free WiFi for the internet, but since we are in a quieter area, the speed may vary depending on the connection available. I only accept reservations from people with a complete and verified profile, with a photo and, if possible, positive reviews from other hosts. Fluent communication in Catalan or Spanish is essential.
