Located 15 minutes from Amiens, its cathedral, and its picturesque district. 15 minutes from Villers-Bretonneaux and its Australian memorial. 5 minutes from all shops. 20 minutes from the A1 highway and 5 minutes from the A29 highway. You can walk from the house, along the river, the ponds while passing in front of an atypical place that is "the café colors of yesteryear" where you can eat and listen to concerts The space Welcome to our home. You will feel good in a pleasant and bright house of 100m2. Two bedrooms, one with 160x200 bed and a 140x190 bed and large closets. Fully equipped kitchen, Senséo, toaster, electric fruit press etc... you will not miss anything. Warm living room with wood burning stove (wooden basket for a flare-up), large flat screen, books and games available. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer. Separate toilet. On the veranda, relax in the hammock, cook on the plancha. A garden with terrace, garden furniture, sunbeds and parasol where you can have lunch. Welcome bikes, or if needed, we lend you our two bikes. High chair and baby crib available upon request. This home sleeps a maximum of 4 people. A washing machine is available upon request for rentals of one week or more. Cleaning is to be done by you before your departure ( vacuum cleaner and mop available in the house) or possibility to take a cleaning fee. Guest access We leave you our house entirely, except the garage. Possibility to park on the property. Unfenced garden. We will be there to welcome you and provide any explanations you may need. If not, a key box is available. Having been a biker for a very long time, I will also enjoy receiving my biker friends. Other things to note The garden is not enclosed, so unfortunately our animal friends are not allowed.
