Just 20 minutes from Port Macquarie, this peaceful oasis is the perfect location for a beach retreat with family and friends. Bonny Seascape is the ultimate sanctuary for relaxing and reconnecting with loved ones and nature. It provides cool summer breezes and magnificent ocean views south to North Haven and Diamond Head and north to Port Macquarie. The space Spacious family home with pool. Located on the headland with track access to Grants Beach, Bartlett Beach and Sharkies Beach. Enjoy time on the verandah with the cool summer breezes, overlooking the ocean in every direction. Relax in the backyard, in the undercover entertaining areas or on the open deck lounging around the pool. There is also a grassy area out the back with a lovely garden to enjoy. We’re confident that our home will be comfortable and relaxing for your stay in a location that provides spectacular mountain and ocean views. The house has everything you need including quality kitchen ware, pots, pans and utensils. There is a coffee machine, dishwasher/ dryer, clothesline, free Telstra wifi and smart tv. Comprising two stories, there are three bedrooms upstairs, and two bedrooms downstairs that provide just the right amount of space for the whole family. Your beds are made with fresh, quality linen and bath towels are also provided for your stay. The only linen you need to bring is beach towels if you plan on going to the beach. (Five minute walk on track). The kitchen and two generous living areas are upstairs and provide a great place to come together for great meals, cool drinks and ocean views. Some amazing bird life also call this home from black cockatoos, sea eagles, butcher birds, lorikeets, kookaburras, magpies, eastern spinebills and even an owl or two to name just a few. You may also see para gliders drifting through the skies. They launch from Grants Head or Middle Brother. PARKING There is no access to the garage, however there is sufficient room in the driveway to park three cars. There is also plenty of free street parking and room to accommodate large vehicles, boats, trailers etc. Street-facing security cameras provide an added level of security. PET FRIENDLY WITH PRE APPROVAL ONLY Pets are allowed with pre approval. Please reach out to me so I can assess the suitability. Well behaved, mature, non shedding small dogs and outdoor dogs preferred. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding or in the pool area. Please bring any necessary bedding for your pet and remember to clean up after them and before you leave. There are also plenty of local beaches that are dog friendly where your pooch can enjoy the beach off-leash. Guest access Entry to the property is by a smart lock. You will receive your own unique code to use during your stay. No need to worry about keys. You will have access to the entire property, excluding the garage. There is no guest access to the garage. Other things to note Seascape retreat caters to families. We like our neighbours. Our home is not suitable for parties, or loud groups.
