Welcome to the alpine chalet – your feel-good oasis in the mountains. Your holiday starts directly upon entrance to the chalet. Parking is right at the chalet. The garden invites you to relax with a Weber gas grill, a wood-fired jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a cozy living area with fireplace. The chalet has been renovated with a lot of love for detail and combines Alpine construction with the latest technology. The space Welcome to Alpenchalet – your feel-good oasis in the mountains Our chalet is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our wooden beds are covered for you and your guests with the finest satin bedding - of course we have also provided plenty of shower and sauna towels. Your holiday starts with entrance to the chalet, so you don't have to take care of anything and relax directly. Arrival and parking facilities Upon your arrival, you can park your cars comfortably in the driveway directly in front of the chalet. Additional parking spaces in front of the premises are available for your visitors. Our garden invites you to feel comfortable and enjoy. Here you will find a Weber gas grill for cozy barbecues, a wood-fired, already preheated jacuzzi with freshly let in Bavarian mountain spring water. The Finnish sauna completes the wellness experience. For soothing hours, comfortable sun loungers as well as a standing table and a high table for social rounds are available. The ground floor of the chalet offers a perfect combination of comfort and functionality: Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for amateur chefs and connoisseurs. In detail: a Nespresso capsule coffee machine with milk frother (inc. Capsules) Siemens dishwasher, oven, induction hob, as well as an ice cube machine. Glasses and silverware for 14 people are available in the drawers. Dining area: A large solid wood table invites you to have meals together and cozy evenings. Designed for about 8 people. Living area: A cozy living area with fireplace creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Especially the proximity of the fireplace to the sofa bed in the living room is greatly appreciated and ensures cozy evenings. Bathroom: A stylishly designed bathroom with modern shower completes the ground floor. Upstairs – Peace and Quiet On the upper floor, you will find two lovingly furnished bedrooms and another bathroom: First bedroom: Equipped with Smart TV (inc. Amazon Prime & Netflix) and a magnificent view of the Wendelstein. Second bedroom: Also with Smart TV (inc. Amazon Prime & Netflix) and direct access to the balcony, ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh air. Separe: Upstairs there is a Separee with an extremely cozy sofa bed, with high quality plate grate and very good mattress. Bathroom: A spacious bathroom with freestanding bathtub offers additional comfort. Exclusive sauna Enjoy pure relaxation in our beautiful Finnish sauna built from wood, which is available for your own use. An old wooden ladder leads to a cozy cave with two sleeping places right above the sauna. History and construction The alpine chalet was renovated for over a year with a lot of love for detail and in loving work, after it remained unnoticed for decades. It combines the finest alpine construction with state-of-the-art technology and offers an ideal accommodation and feel-good oasis for your break in the mountains. Space The chalet is an ideal home for up to 8 people. In total, however, it can accommodate up to 14 guests. 4 of the 14 sleeping places are located directly in the adjacent inn "zum Wendelstein" run by us. Your host family Heisig. Location and surroundings: Supermarkets: Edeka: A well-stocked supermarket that offers everything you need for everyday needs. It is located near Bayrischzell station, which is only minutes away from the chalet. Cafes: Café Huber: A cozy cafe near the train station, ideal for breakfast or an afternoon coffee. Wirtshaus Café Stickl: A traditional Bavarian cafe with a lovely selection of cakes and coffee specialties. It is centrally located in Bayrischzell and easy to reach. Alpen Café: A charming cafe that offers light meals in addition to coffee and cake. It is also nearby and is a popular meeting place for locals and tourists. Right next to the chalet is our family-run country inn "zum Wendelstein". The beautiful beer garden invites you to spend great evenings. An Art Nouveau ballroom with about 180 seats is available for events and weddings. Leisure facilities: 100 meters of air line away is the Tourist Information Bayrischzell, which always offers you up-to-date information.
