Welcome to the alpine chalet – your feel-good oasis in the mountains. Your holiday starts directly upon entrance to the chalet. Parking is right at the chalet. The garden invites you to relax with a Weber gas grill, a wood-fired jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a cozy living area with fireplace. The chalet has been renovated with a lot of love for detail and combines Alpine construction with the latest technology. The space When you arrive at the chalet, you can park your car right outside the door. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area with a beautiful, rustic solid wood table await you. Seamlessly connected is the stylish living room with lounge area and fireplace. Another highlight on the ground floor is the designer bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV. The slightly larger bedroom offers you a direct view of the Wendelstein, while the smaller one has direct access to the balcony. Also on the upper floor is another bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. There is also a spacious hallway with an antique table and a bench that invites you to linger. You will also find another sleeping area for 2 people here. Living area: The living room is a very tastefully furnished, comfortable space. You can access it from the kitchen and dining area, as well as from the upstairs area. The living room is equipped with a fireplace/wood-burning stove and has access to the spacious Alpine chalet terrace. In addition, the sofa bed is pull-out, equipped with a slatted base, and therefore provides sleeping space for 2 additional people. Kitchen and dining area: The dining area of the Alpine chalet boasts a large solid-wood table that can comfortably seat 8 people. The chalet's high-quality kitchen is equipped with a large induction stovetop and a built-in range hood. A whisper-quiet dishwasher and a sliding refrigerator door below the countertop meet the highest standards. There is also a Nespresso capsule coffee machine with a milk frother and an ice cube maker in the kitchen. You also have the option to access the large garden with terrace directly from the kitchen. Bedroom: The two bedrooms in the Alpine chalet combine loving design with functional exclusivity. Each of the cozily furnished rooms has a double bed and a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels. From the first bedroom, you can enjoy the view of the Wendelstein; from the second, you can access the balcony of the Alpine chalet, which also offers you a magnificent view of the Wendelstein. Right outside the bedroom, there is a separate area with 2 additional sleeping spaces. For more information on available spaces, scroll down to “Available spaces.” First-floor and second-floor bathrooms: The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a large rain shower and, like the second bathroom, has a huge mirror. Since this shower room is located right next to the chalet's entrance, it is perfect for a refreshing cool-down after a sauna session. The upstairs bathroom area invites you to enjoy relaxing spa moments. It is equipped with a freestanding bathtub and a large mirror heated by infrared technology. Sauna house: The wooden building, specially constructed for the sauna in a rustic mountain/Alpine style, offers a modern sauna reserved exclusively for you. Another highlight is that, after your sauna session, you can enjoy some well-deserved rest on a large lounger (which also serves as an additional double bed) in the upper area of this wooden house. Alternatively, this (secret) spot is perfect for children, similar to a tree house: an exciting night of adventure... all on their own – but still close by. But of course also (quite obviously) for 2 adults. Space: The chalet is an ideal home for 8–10 people. However, in total, it can accommodate up to 14 guests. 4 of the 14 sleeping places are located right in the adjacent inn “Zum Wendelstein,” which we also manage. Location & Surroundings: Supermarkets: Edeka – a well-stocked supermarket offering everything you need for your everyday needs – just a 2-minute walk away. Our café tips: Café Huber, Wirtshaus Café Stickl, AlpenCafé, Butz Bakery Leisure activities: 100 meters away as the crow flies is the Bayrischzell Tourist Information Center, which can always provide you with up-to-date information.
