Newly renovated cottage with private jetty and amazing views. The property has the address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired. The space The cabin contains 4 bedrooms, all with Jensen Ambassador beds that can be used as double beds or single beds if desired. The cabin has two bathrooms, one toilet and one laundry room. The living room has a large corner sofa, TV, DVD player and music system. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fantastic 180 degree view. The outdoor areas are nicely landscaped, with large terraces, barbecue and garden furniture. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided, can be rented for NOK 150 per set.
