With 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms and a 4 in 1 games table, you can relax and enjoy yourselves right at home without going anywhere! The space A cute 3 level split home awaits you with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom in the fully developed basement. 2 master bedrooms, one on the top level and one in the basement both have queen beds, wall mounted smart TV's and are very spacious. The other 2 bedrooms located on the upper floor both have double beds and are smaller than the masters. 2 full bathrooms with bathtub/showers and two separate living rooms as well as a full kitchen completes the home. Outside the front you will find a seating area on the patio stone porch that overlooks onto a park, complete with a stainless steel BBQ awaiting your grill master touch. Continue along that side of the house along the pathway to access your private gated backyard oasis! In the backyard you will find a large hot tub, a gazebo with a complete patio set and a dedicated fire pit area, all of which is illuminated with decorative lighting. The property is ideally situated at the end of a cul-de-sac where access to the creek and beautiful walking/mountain bike trails await you as well as Thompson Lake! We are located about 25 km to the Jasper National Park gate entrance and about 75 km to the townsite itself. We are actually closer than the townsite of Jasper to many hiking areas, beautiful lakes , animal sightings and of course Miette hot springs. There are many beautiful areas to explore right around the Hinton area within a 15 minute drive and a few hidden gems that the average tourist will never get to see! Please ask me and I will gladly share my favourite spots with you. With Jasper being only a short drive away, you can lodge here for less and do more with your hard earned money! We accommodate winter visitors too, with Marmot Basin being so close by. Having a hot tub outside and a 4 in 1 games table with foosball topper inside to play after you hit the slopes, we really do have all your bases covered!
