Less than ten min walking from the sandy beach, this brand new stylish studio is ready for you, on the elevated ground floor of our house. Surrounded by a flowered garden in a quiet and full of trees neighborhood between Platamonas (with its fresh fish sea side tavernas, cafes and bars) and Nei Pori (with its 5 km organised sandy beach), our house is close to everything and at the same time away from all the "noise". The space The stylish studio is fully equipped, has a big veranda and can easily accommodate three adults or a small family. Comfortable beds (a double and a singe one) with high quality matresses, big kitchen to prepare your meals, free wifi, bathroom amenities and modern decoration will make you feel like home. The newly installed modern ceiling fan will cool the hot days. Guest access Enjoy the big garden, take a shower outdoors under the pergola, pick up some fresh vegetables from our kitchen garden to make a salad or relax with a glass of wine and your favorite book at the veranda. PARKING SPACE There is a covered parking space so that your car will be protected from the sun.
