Mini house with lake view 20 km from Stockholm

Danish-designed tiny house with lovely views and a large patio. 5-15 min walk to beach, bakery, restaurant, supermarket, mini forest, as well as buses to Stockholm, golf and national park. 25 sqm decorated with love! - living room with large, comfortable sofa and pull-out bed 150 cm - fully equipped kitchen area with dining/bar table - bedroom with single bed 105 cm - Bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating The house is located right next to our own little yellow house in a safe residential area. The space Welcome! Take a morning swim in Hästhagsbadet, walk there through the mini-forest that starts 100 meters from the house. Or take the car (1 min). Relax and enjoy the views from the house and your own patio. Enjoy Stockholm's culture and shopping. It's only 20 km to the city. Hike in Tyresta National Park (10 km) or play golf in Tyresö (5 km). Parking on site. Wifi included. Please clean, throw away the garbage and leave the house in good condition :) If you are going to leave early, cannot or do not wish to clean, you need to let us know. Then you can (as usual) book a cleaning, for a fee. Guest access The mini-house, the patio (our own is next to it) and the parking space are yours. Other things to note The mini-house was designed by Danish architect, designer and olive farmer Lars Frank Nielsen. It is part of the Add a Room (compact smart living) concept, where sustainability, "less is more" and blurring the boundaries between outside and inside are important keywords.
