Perfect house for vacation, close to swimming

A villa of 160 sqm with 80 sqm basement. In total, there are beds for 6 people, with 2 double bedrooms, one of which is in the basement, where there is also a shower/sauna in the laundry room. Upstairs, our children sleep and there is a 120 cm bed and a crib about 90 cm. On the intermediate level, there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room. In addition, exit to the patio where you have free access to barbecue and trampoline. There is room to park 3-4 cars in our driveway. Happy to answer questions, Welcome/Clara with family The space The house is located in the small town of Stora Höga, only 7 km from Stenungsund and 30 minutes by car from Gothenburg. It is quick to get out to the islands of Tjörn and Orust and in addition, the E6 is 5 minutes away, which takes you both south and north in a good and smooth way. The beach is 5 minutes away by bike, and in the area there are several playgrounds. A fresh Hemköp is a 5-minute walk away where there is a lovely deli and good selection. Newly opened padel hall with 2 double/1 single track is a 5-minute walk from the house. The golf course is also 5 minutes away but by car. Other things to note Regarding cleaning, we ask that you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Cleaning supplies are available.
