Havant - Clean comfy twin room with breakfast.

The house is conveniently situated in a quiet residential area, that is nonetheless very close to trains, buses and motorway links. We are also only 2 miles by car or 1.5 miles on foot from Langstone Technology Park. The room is warm and light and has shared use of a newly refurbished bathroom with bath and shower over. Cereal, fruit, bread and juice are provided for breakfast, along with a selection of teas, or coffee, and are included in the price. The space We love having visitors, having hosted many foreign students, and all our guests have always said they felt very welcome and at ease here. Breakfast is cereal toast fruit etc and guests can help themselves when they are ready. This is because when we are at work we start early and this is not suitable for most of our visitors! Guest access We have a large kitchen /diner where guests have their breakfast. Also a pleasant garden with a pond, where guests are welcome to sit. There is ample on street parking. During your stay One of us is often around during the day, although not always. We are always happy to help if we can. one of the things that we find fun is talking to our visitors! I can not claim to be fluent but do speak a very little Spanish French and German. My partner is Romanian so is obviously fluent in that language. Other things to note I also have a double room which I have recently made available on airbnb. We do have a cat, although she is not allowed in the guest bedrooms.
