Tastefully furnished house overlooking Cavoli beach, a beach that, due to its south-facing location and with the protection of the Monte Capanne massif behind it, makes it the warmest and most welcoming on the island, with sunny summers and springs with an ideal temperature. We are direct descendants of the first inhabitants of Cavoli and have been renting out since the dawn of tourism, so we know how to make your vacation comfortable. Carlo and Simona The space Each apartment has two bedrooms, a double bedroom, and a double bedroom that can become triple. We don't use sofa beds, you'll only find comfortable traditional beds☺️ The kitchens are well equipped and complete with everything you need for cooking and eating; We provide an espresso machine in pods with a few complimentary waffles, when buying them, take the Nespresso® compatible️. For traditional coffee lovers, there are also two mocha, one for two and one with four cups. Guest access Each apartment has its own private terrace, plus there is a common area with a swing and sofas in the small square next to (or below, in the case of the Montecristo and Gabriella apartments) the apartments, much appreciated by younger guests. The beach is 60 meters from the house, you can get there with a comfortable and undemanding staircase/climb. Other things to note For logistical reasons and to avoid empty days in high season, we only accept reservations from Saturday to Saturday (minimum stay 7 nights).
