perfect little house for climbers ❤️ we have 3 houses on site. (all separated and private) Communal garden/training area. This is our cute "tiny house" 10 mins from larchant, 10 mins from buthier 2 mins grocery trip 60 seconds to the bakery 15min -35 mains drive climbing areas. Raining? no prob shared training area -moonboard -kilterboard -hangboards -weights perfect house for a couple or 3 friends personally for small kids I dont think its suited (steep stairs) open living space etc. pets are welcome if they are good with other dogs 🐕 sleeping arrangements 1 double bed on mezzanine (sleeps 2) 2 sofa beds below (fits one person per sofa bed) extra info coffee machine/microwave/hair dryer/wifi towels and linen included. we provide extra bedding for sofa beds. washing machine available upon request crash pads also (based on availability) we have three properties all private and separated. "the loft house" (hosts house) "the main house" available via Airbnb which is a bigger house for families or group of friends (sleeps 5) plus optional extra bed. for extra possible to combo the houses for big groups. Just make enquiry. Guest access communal areas- The garden and training space. (guests only) Just be respectful and treat it like a home 😘 Always clean up after yourself in training room/minimize chalk but maximize brushing ;) any questions? send me a message and I am happy to answer. once booked you will recieve gate access code and instructions for self check in. very flexible with check in and out. Just need advanced warning. Other things to note if you need anything please feel free to ask. we would appreciate if you have pets to please not allow them to pee or poop in the garden (lots of place to walk close to house) if your dog loses alot of hair, try minimize by not allowing in beds/furniture etc. use covers or ask for one (i can provide) if your dog doesn't get on well with other dogs. (we have two small small dogs) let us know. see what we can arrange. strictly no smoking in houses/training room (leave no smoking trace 🙏) Training area -guests only (no outside visitors) -keep training materials in the barn -clean up after yourself -do not over use chalk/please brush holds after use. -do not adjust kilterboard yourself (it can be dangerous) we can adjust for you.
