Local attractions include the remains of the Iron Age fort at Pen-y-Crug (4.5 miles), the highest peak in southern Britain, Pen y Fan (10 miles), Llangorse Lake (10.5 miles), Talgarth Mill (13 miles) and Tretower Castle (16 miles). The space The popular Cradoc Golf Club is nearby (3 miles) or you could head into the historic and bustling market town of Brecon (4 miles) which has a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a cathedral, a leisure centre with a swimming pool, a theatre and a 1930s-style cinema. This charming property has an attractively furnished open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which features a wood burner, exposed beams and beautiful views down the valley. The cosy lounge has plenty of seating so you can snuggle up and catch up with a good book or watch a movie on the TV/DVD.
