They connect and share common areas such as the parking lot, corridors, patio or green area. La Perla is a shared space, each stay has a separate entrance. At times you may hear voices or footsteps from other guests, but we have quiet hours to ensure everyone's rest. Guest access Guests have access to the cabin of their choice; in this listing you will find Perla Rubí, as shown in the photos. 🚪 The entrance is completely independent, and you can also enjoy the common areas of the property. The owner of the accommodation lives on the first floor and the person in charge of the place is in the back cabin, so you will always be in a safe, well-attended space and with a first-hand local guide so that you can make the most of your visit to Concepción. 🌿✨ Other things to note 🛋️ Our accommodation is located in a quiet and authentic area of Concepción, Antioquia, surrounded by nature and the sounds of the countryside. During your stay you can hear birds, the murmur of the environment and, sometimes, the sounds of local life that are part of the charm of the village. 🏘️ The house is divided into three independent apartments: one family lives on the lower level, this apartment is in the middle, and another is on the upper level.
