The entrance hall has stairs rising to the first floor bedrooms. Further door from the hall leads to the large fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and TV area/snug. There is a large wet room and Utility room leading off from the kitchen area. The first floor has 4 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There are two modern well presented bathrooms, one with walk in shower and bath and the other a good size walk in shower. Sandringham House is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the lovely village of Kings Sutton. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawn area and lovely enclosed rear garden. THE GARGE IS OUT OF USE DURING RENTALS. Guest access All except for the garage is for the use of guests during their stay at the house. Other things to note We do not allow parties at this property and this is a NO SMOKING property. Should a BBQ be required, we have a gas BBQ available for an additional fee. Cleaning during your stay is an option and is chargeable as an extra. No pets permitted to stay at this property.
