The space On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, and open plan living/dining room with open fire (kindling and smoke free fuel provided). Upstairs, there’s a stunning en-suite bedroom with large walk in shower and roll top slipper bath. Lie back and sip a glass of bubbly as you enjoy the wonderful views. The comfy double bed has a hotel quality mattress and crisp, luxury 100% cotton linen. Previously a barn, the cottage has been lovingly converted and still retains original features such as exposed stone walls and original beams. Outside, there’s a designated parking space, private seating area and large well-stocked garden (entirely reserved for your use) with stunning views across the dale. Guests can also relax in the sun room, perfect for colder days. You’re also welcome to wander up through the land at the side of Heather Cottage to the small copse beyond. Guest access The property is accessed via a private drive, leading to your designated parking space, with an outdoor electric charger (standard 3pin power socket and available if needed at an additional cost) A former barn, Heather Cottage is attached to Graham House but has its own private entrance and seating area. Land to the side of the cottage leads to a small copse where the famous Coast to Coast route passes through, and there is easy access to many other established footpaths, bridleways and cycle routes. The Georgian market towns of Reeth (3 miles away) and Richmond (10 miles away) offer an array of restaurants, pubs, teashops. Other things to note Heather Cottage was previously let through another online marketing platform. During that period we received the Customer’s Choice Award for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
