Sleeping up to 6 guests, it includes: 1 Double Bedroom 2 Single Bedrooms 1 Main Bathroom 1 Additional WC (toilet & sink) Smart TV All bedding and essentials provided. Everything you need for a cosy countryside stay. One of the standout features is your private pond stocked with fish, perfect for peaceful afternoon fishing or simply enjoying the view. Stunning sunset views Stargazing on clear nights Outdoor toilet for convenience You may even spot friendly horses and a cheeky pony nearby, but please do not feed them as they are on special diets. Important: The pond is open and unfenced, so the property is suitable for children aged 12+ only. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire static caravan, decking area, and private fishing pond for the duration of their stay. Upon arrival, you'll be provided with a secure gate code to enter Windmill Farm. After driving into the farmyard, Pond View Hideaway is located just behind the fence overlooking the pond. Private parking is available directly behind the property. The pond and decking area are exclusively for your use, offering a peaceful and secluded setting throughout your stay. Please note: The property is situated on a working farm. Horses may be nearby, please do not feed them. The pond is open and unfenced, therefore the property is suitable for children aged 12+ only. If you need anything during your stay, your host is easily contactable and happy to help. Other things to note Children Policy: Due to the open, unfenced pond, the property is only suitable for children aged 12 and over. Fishing: The private pond is available for guest use. Please bring your own fishing equipment and respect the surroundings. Fish must not be removed from the pond. Working Farm Setting: Pond View Hideaway is located on Windmill Farm. You may see or hear horses and general farm activity during your stay. Horses: Please do not feed the horses under any circumstances, as they are on carefully managed diets. No Pets Allowed: We’re unable to accommodate pets due to the open pond and the presence of horses on the farm. This is for the safety of your pets and the animals on site. No Parties or Events: Hen parties, stag parties, and events of any kind are strictly prohibited. This is a peaceful retreat designed for relaxation. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan. Noise: We kindly ask guests to respect the quiet countryside setting, especially in the evenings. Restaurant Nearby: The Eagle pub restaurant is within walking distance and is very popular. We strongly recommend booking in advance.
