Nestled on a serene 7-acre property, this charming Tuscan-style semi-detached casita offers a peaceful retreat with modern comforts. Warm, earthy tones give the guest house an inviting Mediterranean character. The casita features a simple kitchenette with the basics, or step outside to an inviting outdoor living area. The expansive property also includes a picturesque small lake, with tranquil atmosphere and providing a scenic backdrop for morning walks or quiet reflection. The space A well appointed guest studio with large 3 seater couch, queen bed, cafe dining set for 2 - this space is an all- in-one room. A large ensuite, and a mini kitchenette with microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dining and tableware - please note that the kitchenette area is not suited or equipped for meal preparation, food re-heating only. There is an under cover BBQ and outdoor table and chairs, with no designated meal preparation facilities at this stage. No laundry facilities. Guest access The outdoor undercover BBQ area is available for guest use, and plenty of space in the driveway for parking. A private entry to the guest house is under the shared outdoor patio.
