The villa is surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden, where there is a salt water swimming pool (7x14 meters) equipped with sunbeds and a covered area with sofas and chairs. The Space The villa is composed as follows: Ground floor: The entrance leads you into a sitting room with fireplace, a door takes you to the large fully equipped kitchen which opens to a sitting and dining room with fireplace, two large windows offer the view of the pool. Right out of the living/dining there is a paved terrace with a dining table ideal for alfresco meals. Here there is a twin bedroom (convertible to double) with an en suite bathroom with shower and a second double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. First floor: Sitting area with a double sofa bed with non-working fireplace. Second floor/tower: Double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower with wooden floors. The last two bedrooms are situated in the lower ground floor and they have direct access to the garden. Both of them have double beds and en suite bathroom with shower. Outside the villa features a well-maintained garden a private solar salt water swimming pool, with sun loungers and a large decking covered area with a sofa and chairs.
