It has 1 ensuite bathroom and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. If preferred, a double-size airbed can be provided instead of the pull-out bed, just let us know in advance. The 3rd floor is occupied by the owner and does not affect your privacy or comfort. Other things to note 1. Power & Water Information Borongan may experience occasional brownouts but we have a standby generator ready to power essential amenities, including the bedroom air conditioner, lights, and refrigerator. Generator Policy: • 1 full tank of diesel – covered by host • Additional diesel – to be paid by guest (receipt provided) • Generator use may be limited to essential hours to conserve fuel 2. Water Supply & Septic System Our property is equipped with a water pump to ensure a steady flow during your stay. Please note: We use a septic system, so kindly do not flush tissue paper or sanitary products down the toilet. Use the bin provided instead. 3. Cleanliness & Trash Disposal We take cleanliness seriously and strive to keep the unit in top condition for every guest. To help us maintain this, we will collect your garbage before sundown to ensure no trash remains inside overnight. 4. Food Storage Reminder To help us maintain cleanliness and keep ants or insects away, please store all opened food items in the fridge or a sealed bag/container.
