Apartment in Landsberg, Erpfting

Our 38 sqm apartment is located in the Erpfting district. The main square in Landsberg is 5 km away. Shopping is about 4 km away. The nearest restaurant is a steakhouse in our village about 150 m away. Another beer garden is within walking distance. The space We rent a quiet, fully equipped apartment renovated in 2022. It offers a living/sleeping room with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), couch, dining area, wardrobe, 43-inch smart TV; a separate kitchenette with 4 ceramic stovetops, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and washing machine; shower room with window. Heating is provided by underfloor heating, in the bathroom with a large radiator. The windows of the apartment open onto the entrance area. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor in our house and is accessible through the shared staircase. We also live on the ground floor – on the upper floor there is another apartment. In addition, 3 cats live with us. Traffic is low here. Schulstraße is a side street – parking in front of the house is always available. Other things to note From Erpfting you can reach the ramp to the A96 in about 5.2 km.
