The perfect place to stay for those passing through or those who just want to enjoy and relax for a couple of days. We always do our utmost to make you feel at home and have as pleasant a stay as possible. Bed linens, bath towels and hand towels are always included. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm Living room: Sofa bed 160 cm Kungsberget - 25 minutes Högbo Bruk - 15 minutes Sandviken - 7 minutes Good bus connection to Sandviken morning to night We are a family with two children aged 7 and 5. The space You will be renting our guest apartment located on the top floor of our garage. Approximately 45 sqm divided into bedroom, living room, kitchen and toilet as well as a hall on the lower floor. Guest access You can use the entire apartment, at the entrance you will enter a hall where there is the possibility to hang clothes, put skis, etc. From the hall, stairs lead up to the apartment. Other things to note All bed linens, towels and bath towels are always included during your stay. There is no oven in the apartment We clean and wash after your visit but try to pick up, start the dishwasher and bring your food waste, residual waste, plastic and cardboard to the garbage cans that are at the parking lot and we will be happy ☺️ The entrance door requires pulling/pushing to it a little to be able to lock. Exterior, you lock the door with * and unlock the door with *code* The apartment is located next to 50 road so some car traffic can be heard. Railway about 300 meters from the house, can be heard on occasion. No regular kitchen fan in the kitchen, when cooking so the fan above the stove pulls up the flow by itself. May sometimes feel like it sucks a little bad.
